Arrival at Delhi

First day will be marked with your arrival at Delhi, the capital city of India. As soon as you reach, you will be welcomed by our officials who will accompany you to check in to a hotel. Relax and unwind for sometime after which you will be taken for a guided city tour of Delhi. Return back to the hotel for a peaceful night stay.

Delhi

This day is devoted for an extensive tour of Delhi. We begin with New Delhi where several famous attractions like India Gate also known as the All India War Memorial, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Qutab Minar and other secretariat buildings on Rajpath are visited. Also on the list are Lotus Temple and Birla Temple. Next we move to exploring the better half of New Delhi- Old Delhi. Old Delhi is more crowded as compared to New Delhi. Tourist attractions like Jama Masjid, Red Fort and Chandni Chowk Market form a part of our schedule. After the trip, we come back to the hotel to have a reposeful night.

Delhi to Jaipur

Come dawn, we check out and start for the railway station from where we board our train that takes us to Jaipur. On conclusion of our journey we transfer to a hotel in Jaipur where you can have some ‘me time’ before starting the sightseeing tour. As soon as you feel freshened up, we start our Jaipur city tour with Amber Fort. Amber Fort is situated on the top of a hill and is reached via a majestic elephant ride. On the schedule next we have City Palace complex and museum and Hawa Mahal. At the end of the day, we make a retreat to catch up a good night’s sleep.

Jaipur Sightseeing

On this day, we take on a more elaborate exploration of Jaipur followed by breakfast. Jantar Mantar, the astronomical observatory built by Sawai jai Singh is first in our itinerary. This observatory tells us many interesting things and the best part is that the sun dial measures the time upto the accuracy of two seconds that was not accomplished anywhere in the world. Later day is reserved for visiting the markets for buying handicrafts and souvenirs. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Jaipur to Agra

At the hotel we will be served with a scrumptious morning meal. Thereafter we check out and start our journey towards Agra. We reach Agra via a comfortable drive having a stopover at Fatehpur Sikri in between. Fatehpur Sikri was constructed as a well planned city by Mughals and was designated as the capital only to be deserted after sometime due to the failure of water supply.

On reaching Agra, assisted check in at a pre-booked hotel after which we have a brief Agra sightseeing tour. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Agra to Umaria

Come morning, we go for watching the mesmerizing sun rise scene at Taj Mahal after which we drive to Umaria. From Umaria, we transfer to the railway station from where we board our train to reach Bandhavgarh in time.

Umaria to Bandhavgarh

As we reach the Bandhavgarh railway station, we de-board the train and head for an assisted check in at a forest lodge. Relax and freshen up for some time after which you will be escorted for a jeep safari. You can see a wide variety of flora and fauna in the acreage but spotting a royal Bengal tiger remains the highlight and finding various species of avifauna especially migratory birds will also be an enriching experience. Overnight stay at the lodge.

Bandhavgarh

Now begins the real thrill when we step out on a jungle safari to spot a tiger in Bandhavgarh National Park. This protected area is rated as one of the top places to spot a tiger as the tiger population is in a very good number. The day has many more things in store for you like Kalchuri Archaeological Museum, Climber’s point, Bandhavgarh Fort, Mahaman pond etc. Evening at Bandhavgarh is best spent at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Back to Delhi and Departure

On last day of the tour, we transfer you back to Delhi from where your tour started. We bid you farewell as we drop you at the airport from where you board your flight back home. Enquire Now
