Terms & Conditions for Chardham Yatra by Road:

  • Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices. All the email conversations will also be the part of your contractwithus once you make thebooking.
  • Hotels can be changed due to any unavoidable reason and without prior notice and similar hotels will be provided toguests.
  • Please take care of the belongings before leaving the car or Hotels. Company is notresponsible for anyloss.
  • As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identificationdocuments are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Driver's License and Aadhaar card. All the documents must include aphotograph.
  • Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for anyIDproofrelated issues.
  • For extra adults many hotels provide extra mattresses also instead of extra beds. Kindlyinform us in advance if you prefer only an extra bed instead of extramattress.
  • It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have a certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us inadvance.
  • Many small hotels / resorts do not have elevator so kindly inform us in advance if you arenot comfortable withstairs.
  • Generally hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirm early check in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact thehotel directly if you want a complimentary early check in or late checkout.
  • Many hotels charge extra for room heaters or wifi. Normal package does not include this so in that case these charges should be paid at hotels directly.
  • If meals are included in the package it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed/ meal credit. Any items which are not in their ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time ofconsumption.
  • Decide the menu and options of items for the menu. Some hotels have a Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or Fixed Menu during low occupancy in hotels – This meal credit amount is decided by hotel management – if bills go above the given meal credit amount then extraamount should be paid directly at respective hotel. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at manyhotels.
  • Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best toarrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time, the vehicle will be repaired. Kindlycooperate with the drivers.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expensesincurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather conditons, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
  • AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parkedvehicles.

Terms & Conditions for Chardham Yatra by Helicopter :

  • Maximum 05/06 visitor will be allowed in 01 Helicopter at a time.
  • Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be allowed due to limited space& weight restrictions in the helicopter.
  • Passengers with surplus luggage would not be permissible in the chopper at any cost. This is the standard safety rule for Aviation.
  • All temples are located at high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.
  • Timings are flexible depending on weather conditions/technical reasons/government permissions etc.
  • All the passengers should carry only handbags (Soft Bags/duffle bags) as suitcases/trolley bags cannot be kept in the helicopter. Trolleys & Suitcases are strictly not permitted.
  • As there are limited Helicopters on this route for Chardham yatra so we will adjust all the passengers as per their body weight.
  • If individual body weight exceeds 80 KG, Extra charges of INR 200 per Kg will be applicable at Kedarnath Shuttle. Kedarnath Shuttle services is from Guptkashi, Sersi or Phata to Kedarnath & back to Sersi/Phata or Guptkashi.
  • While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi the waiting time is between 10 minutes to 3 hours depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons.
  • Passengers may be divided into 2 groups while changing the helicopter at Kedarnath/Guptkashi shuttle depending on their body weight.
  • Property at Yamunotri is basic but best in the region as it is far-off area and rest all properties are 3 to 4 star category.
  • Total passengers weight in Helicopter should not be more than 430 Kgs.
  • All passengers will be arrived at the helipads atleast 1 hour prior to the departure time. In this case sometimes you may have to wait at govt. helipad.
  • Please share your actual body weight at the time of booking. Your body weight will be measured before boarding the Helicopter. The aviation company has full rights to de-board a passenger incase the actual body weight exceeds than the weight given by passengers. Kindly don’t share any assumed body weight.

Payment policy for the Land Tour :

  • 1st Instalment: - 20% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
  • 2nd Instalment: - 30% should be deposited 30 - 15 days before tour starts.
  • 3rd Instalment: - 50% a day prior to the travel commencement date (No cheque will be entertained on the day when journey starts)
  • In case of Train Tickets, Flight Tickets & Helicopter in Kedarnath full payment will be required advanced.

Cancellation Policy for Land Tour :

  • 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
  • 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND

Payment policy for Helicopter Tour :

The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the amount. Remaining 50% amount to be paid 25 Days before the journey starts.

Cancellation policy for Helicopter Tour :

If customer wishes to cancel their booking they have to pay following cancellation charges.

  • Up to 30 Days before journey — 30% of the amount
  • In between 15 to 30 days — 70% of the amount
  • In between 0 to 15 Days — No Refund

SPECIAL NOTE : We do not accept Cash Receipts or Cash Payments in Account. If any cash deposited in our Bank Account it will be considered as 100% penalty, no refund no service. Please make Payments by Credit Card/ Bank Transfer / RTGS / NEFT / IMPS Only / Cheque
