Tour Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Jammu Katra

  After Jammu The City of Temples (1000 ft a.s.1). On arrival in Jammu, transfer to Katra and check-in to hotel. Enjoy dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel / Houseboat.

• Day 2 :Katra

  After breakfast, obtain permission for Darshan from the Shrine Board office & proceed by foot/pony to the Holy Cave of Mata Vaishnodevi. After Darshan, return to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

• Day 3 :Katra - Srinagar

  After breakfast, check-out from hotel & proceed to Srinagar (300 kms; 8 10 hours). On arrival in Srinagar, check-in at the hotel/houseboat. Enjoy dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel / Houseboat.

• Day 4 :Srinagar - Sonmarg -Srinagar

  After breakfast, leave for a full day excursion tour of, Sonmarg, The Golden Meadow (9000 ft. a.s.1.). Sonmarg is the beginning of an enchanted journey into a natural wonderland. Surrounded by mountains up to 5300 meters high, the valley is divided by a spur of the Thajwas Range. Enjoy dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel / Houseboat.

• Day 5 :Srinagar Local Sightseeing

  After breakfast, leave for a sightseeing tour of Mughal Gardens, Cheshmashahi (The Royal Spring), Nishat (The Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar (The Abode of Love) & the famous Shankracharya temple. In the afternoon, leave for a Shikara ride on the lake. Enjoy dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel / Houseboat.

• Day 6 :Srinagar - Gulmarg

  After breakfast, leave for a sightseeing tour of Mughal Gardens, Cheshmashahi (The Royal Spring), Nishat (The Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar (The Abode of Love) & the famous Shankracharya temple. In the afternoon, leave for a Shikara ride on the lake. Enjoy dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel / Houseboat.

• Day 7 :Gulmarg

  After breakfast, have a full day free to enjoy & explore the beauty of Gulmarg. One can go for gondola ride (cable car), visit Khilanmarg, Kongdoori, Alpather Lake, the seven springs & Apharwat. Enjoy dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel / Houseboat.

• Day 8 :Gulmarg - Pahalgam

  After breakfast, check-out from the hotel & proceed to Pahalgam (7200 ft a.s.1) Village of Shepherds, enroute visit the world famous saffron growing fields, Awantipura ruins (9th century) & Mart and Temple (sun temple). Pahalgam is famous for the Indian film industry, some trekking routes & also is a base camp for Amarnath pilgrimage. On arrival at Pahalgam, check-in to hotel. Enjoy dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel / Houseboat.

• Day 9 :Pahalgam

  After breakfast, have a full day free to enjoy & explore the beauty of Pahalgam. One can go to Chandanwari (16 kms) which is starting point of Amarnath Pilgrimage; The Abode of Shiva; Ant (10 kms from Pahalgam) which has a fine meadow of picturesque scenery & is the starting point of trekking to Liddarwat, Kolahoi Glacier, and Tarsar lake. Enjoy

  dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel / Houseboat.

• Day 10 :Pahalgam - Jammu

  After breakfast, check-out from hotel & proceed to Jammu (300 kms; 8 10 hours) The City of Temples (1000 ft a.s.1). On arrival in Jammu, check-in to hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

• Day 11 :Departure Jammu

  After breakfast, check-out from hotel & proceed to Jammu railway station / Jammu airport for your onward journey.
