Well, the beauty of Taj Mahal is unmatchable even from inside. It’s not only the exteriors of this great monument that mesmerizes the keenest travelers. Its interiors also make things beautiful for the travelers. The impressiveness of this beautiful monument from inside cannot be denied.

With main gateway, symmetrically planned garden, and more to offer Taj Mahal has much to offer.

Standing on two bases, Taj Mahal includes approximately about 900 ft area. With raised platform that is primarily square in shape, its four corners of the platform are just impressive.

The mausoleum, which is the central on the platform, is one of the structures to be reckoned with. With each side 56.6 m long with two pointed arches flanking a large central arch, the monument looks simply gorgeous from inside.

Then there are small domes, which make things even better. The exterior portions are emblazoned with fine calligraphy enhancing its beauty manifold.

The calligraphy of the high domed ceiling of the octagonal main chamber is also finely done thus enhancing its beauty manifold. The decorative illusion at some places inside the monument further makes it appreciative and iconic.

If we look at the tomb section, we find that it is too impressive compared to the other aspects. In the middle of the main chamber, one can find pseudo- tombs of Mumtaz and Shah Jehan.

If you look at the original tombs, you will find that in a lower-burial vault, there’s immense beauty to unearth. If on one hand, the top of Mumtaz's tomb is embellished with the 99 names of Allah, it becomes immaculately beautiful on the other hand.
