Day 01 - Arrive Bangalore

Detailed Itinerary : The guests shall arrive at the Bangalore airport for a wildlife tour in South India.  after a traditional 'Swagat' (Welcome) our representative would assist you at the airport & transfer to hotel. The guests shall check- in a hotel for an overnight stay for chasing away the fatigue caused by the long journey to the place. Bangalore is also famous as “the garden city”. The spacious city has many imposing structures full of historic & modern architecture. The magnificent Vidhana Soudha, a wonderful post-independence structure housing the State legislature & Secretariat, stands in the center of the city with its attractive dome & galleries.

Day 02 - Bangalore - Mysore (135 km - 03 hr)

Detailed Itinerary : After a very hearty breakfast at hotel, you will continue to take half day tour to Bangalore, Visit Tipu Sultan Palace; the layout of the palace gives the idea of the ethnic Mughal lifestyle. The fort & its remains present the history of the era in which it was built. Also visit ISKCON Temple and next you will visit the Lal Bagh Garden. Later Back to your Hotel and take leisurely lunch and check-out from hotel and drive to Mysore (3hrs.). Mysore, the capital city of the Wodeyars has always enchanted its admirers with its quaint charm, rich heritage, magnificent palaces, beautifully laid-out gardens, imposing buildings, broad shady avenues and sacred temples. En route visit Srirangapatnam - the 18th century Summer Palace of Tipu Sultan. Arrive and transfer to hotel. In the Evening visit the Devraja flower market.  Overnight stay in Mysore.

Day 03 - Mysore - Nagarhole National Park (95 km – 02 hr)

Detailed Itinerary : In the morning after a very hearty breakfast at the hotel you will procced to  Nagarhole National Park (95 km - 02 hr). Before you going you will have an opportunity to take a tour of Mysore, you will visit the Srirangapatnam, the historic capital of Tipu Sultan known for his struggle against British rule. Several monuments relating to his rule are sprinkled across the island. Later we visit Darya Daulat, commonly known as Summer Palace of Tipu Sultan is situated amidst scenic surroundings on an island formed by two branches of the River Cauvery. You may also visit Maharaja Palace, designed by British architect Henry Irwin, the Amba Villas Palace as it is also recognized, was completed in 1912. Chamundi Hill, which is topped with a 12th century temple of Durga with the magnificent 5m tall Nandi, Carved from single piece of granite in 1659, its one of largest in India. Later you will drive to Nagarhole National Park.

Day 04 - Nagarhole National Park

In Early morning wildlife tours & bird screening in the park or a Coracle ride on the Kabini River are the engagements. Enjoy an evening jeep ride or an Elephant ride Into the Nagarhole jungle.

Day 05 - Nagarhole National Park - BR Hills (100 km – 02 hr)

Day 07 - BR Hills - Bandipur National Park (60 km – 01 hr)
Detailed Itinerary : On the 7th day you will take a trip to the Bandipur National Park. It is situated within the forest belt between the Western Ghats & the Nilgiri Mountains. Bandipur lies in the southern state of Karnataka & covers a forest area of 865 square kilometers. It was declared a National Park in 1974 & is one of the original 9 tiger reserves under the watchful eye of "Project Tiger". Most of these reserves are demarcated more by political boundaries than by truly physical ones.

Day 10 - Ooty - Munnar - Eravikulam National Park (350 km – 09 hr)
Detailed Itinerary : In the morning after breakfast drive to to Munnar, located at the confluence of the mountain streams Muthirappuzha, Chanduvarai & Kundala. Munnar town was the summer resort for British. Munnar is the highest tea estate in the world. Afternoon drive to Eravikulam National Park to see the Nilgiri Tahr. Eravikulam National Park, The area is tropical evergreen forest. Grasslands, shrubs, and forests are what one finds throughout. Grasslands with patches of forests known as sholas in between cover almost the entire region. This Sanctuary is set up for the preservation of the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. The park home to Elephants, Sambhars, Gaurs, Lion-tailed Macaque, Nilgiri, Langur, giant squirrel, Tigers and Leopards.

Day 11 - Munnar
Detailed Itinerary : In the morning after breakfast visit Madupetty Dam, Echo Point, Gundala Lake , Top Station, Photo Point, Indo-Swiss Project, Eravikulam Rajamalai National Park , Nyamakkad Falls , Tea Museum , Pothamedu Sunset View, International Blossom Park etc. Park has the largest known population of Tahr existing in the world & also shelters Atlas Moth, Elephants, Sambhars, Gaurs, Lion-tailed Macaque, Nilgiri, Langur, Tiger & Leopard. It exhibits the breathtaking natural splendor of rolling grasslands & exotic flowers. Anamudi, the highest peak south of Himalayas, towers over the pride of the sanctuary.

Day 12 - Munnar - Periyar (160 km - 04 hr)
Detailed Itinerary : Today After a very hearty breakfast, we will drive to Periyar one of India's most fascinating natural wildlife sanctuaries, where one can watch wildlife at close range. Check in to the hotel The sanctuary was established in 1934 and forms part of the high mountain ranges, the Western Ghats. The vegetation, the flora & fauna & the birds are uniquely rich, vast & varied that it does not bear semblance to any other wildlife sanctuaries in the world. Wild life can be seen while cruising on Periyar Lake in a motor boat. Amongst the animals which can be seen here are Elephants, Tigers, Leopards, Wild Boars and the sambar among others. The sanctuary is one of the best in the country for watching & photographing wild life. Notable among the inhabitants are the tigers, majestic Asiatic wild elephants & distinctive Nilgiri Langur.You can even enjoy the sanctuary in the evening by a motorized boat on the Lake.

Day 13 - Periyar - Kumarakom (135 km - 04 hr)
Detailed Itinerary : Take your leisurely breakfast at the hotel, after that you will drive to Kumarakom , a cluster of little islands, on the Vembanad Lake in Kerala. After arrival check in to the hotel. The land of lakes, canals & paddy fields, Kumarakom transports you to sheer ecstasy. Holiday on the houseboats, traditional Kettuvallam, are an out-of-this-world experience at Kumarakom. The lake also provides facilities for boating, yachting, fishing, surf riding & swimming. Ideal picnic spot accessible by boat from here is Pathiramanal (Midnight Sands) a lonely island in the lake. Day 14 - Kumarakom - Thothapalli (Overnight Houseboat)
Detailed Itinerary : Morning at leisure. Today you may visit to Bird Sanctuary. There are two seasons for birds: between October and February there are cormorants, teals, and other ducks and from February to July there are darters (snake birds), night herons, egrets, and Siberian storks. It also has golden backed woodpecker, crow pheasant, white-breasted water hen, tree pie etc. In the afternoon embark the houseboat, locally called Kettuvallam, & cruise around backwaters of Alleppey, observe & experience the daily life of the villagers along the backwaters.
