Delhi Udaipur Kumbhalgarh Tour

Day 01 – Delhi to Udaipur – fly – Drive to Kumbhalgarh
Little early in the morning transfer to Delhi airport to board flight for Udaipur at 7.15 AM. Meetiing on arrival at Udaipur airport and proceed to reach Kumbhalgarh (2 1/2 hours). Arrive Kumbhalgarh and check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit Kumbhalgarh Fort.

Overnight at the hotel.

Kumbhalgarh - located in the most rugged of the Aravali in Udaipur districts of Rajasthan. It takes name after the impressive historic fort of Kumbhalgarh, which come into view over the Park. It is 578 sq Kms in area and at an altitude of 500 to 1,300m. It is home to a very large variety of wild life, some of which are highly endangered species. The wild life includes wolf, leopards, sloth bear, hyena, jackal, jungle cat, smabhar, nilgai, chaisingh (the four horned antelope), chinkara and hare.

The bird life at Kumbhalgarh is also gratifying. The normally shy and untrusted grey jungle fowl can be spotted here. Peacocks and Doves can be sighted regularly feeding on grains scattered by the jungle guards. Bird like the red spur owls, Parakeets, golden Oriole, grey Pigeons, Bulbul, Dove and white breasted kingfisher can also be seen near the water holes.

Day 02 – Kumbhalgarh / Udaipur
Morning after relaxed breakfast at the hotel proceed to Udaipur via visiting Jain Temple Complex at Ranakpur. Sprawling over 48,000 sq.feet, the temple is an astounding creation with 29 halls and 1,444 pillars - all distinctly carved.

Reach Udaipur by later afternoon and check into the hotel.

Evening enajoy a boat ride at Lake Pichola.

City tour of Udaipur ‑ the romantic Lake City in Southern Rajasthan, famous for the stunning white marble Palace built on an island in the Lake Pichola. It was the former Palace of the Maharana and now converted to one of the most glamorous hotels in India.

Day 03 - At Udaipur
Morning tour of Udaipur city including a visit City Palace Complex visit Durbar Hall, Crystal Gallery, Palace Museum and Jagdish Temple. City Palace is considered as the largest palace complex in Rajasthan. Later visit Saheli Ki Bari that is a small ornamental garden built in the honour of Royal Ladies for recreational purpose and visit Lok Kala Mandal & Shilpgram to see the village arts & crafts.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 04 - Udaipur to Delhi - Fly
Morning after an early breakfast at the hotel transfer to airport to board Indian Airlines Flight for Delhi.
