Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Delhi
Detailed Itinerary : We begin our tour from the Delhi. As it is the first day, we make sure that you ger complete relaxation as you have to spend your next days in touring. For the purpose, we give you excellent accommodation facilities.
Day 2 Leh
Detailed Itinerary : In the early morning hours, we make you transfer to the airport. In fact, this is the place where you can enjoy the spectacular flight over the Himalayas to Leh. The rest of the day is free to relax where you get opportunity to have your time and time with your family as well. We also take you the high altitude of Leh. Afternoon is reserved for an orientation walk of Leh and its bazaars.
Day 3 Shey
Detailed Itinerary : This day is especially reserved for the sightseeing tour to two of the major gompas (monasteries) in the area. At the outset, we visit the Royal Palace of the Ladakh kings. Inside is a small temple containing a 350 year old copper; there are other avenues as well to enjoy with your family. We then move towards the Shey from where we walk across the fields on a good level trail to Tikse.
Day 4 Leh Valley
Detailed Itinerary : On this day, we acclimatize with the Leh Valley. Well, you must be thinking, how? On a cycle! We visit the Namgyal Hill is the Tsemo Monastery from where we are rewarded for our efforts by magnificent views of the whole of Leh. For those who do not wish to go by cycle can opt for other transportation facilities provided by us. We also visit the pleasant village of Sankar. The Stok range of mountains across the valley also remains on the charts. We also enjoy jeep safari to the Khardung Pass, which is optional.
Day 5 Phey
Detailed Itinerary : As we know that by this day you must have been acclimatized, we leave Leh and take to the river for a spot of easy white water rafting. Well, this experience is simply amazing. We also take you to Phey, where we begin our rafting. After that, we go the Zanskar River, which flows into the Indus. The rafting would end that Nimmu. We then visit Likir monastery en route. Camping in the night at the Yangtang village gives you We also get some time to explore the village. From the campsite, you can always view the spectacular southerly views over the village to the Zanskar Range beyond.
Day 6 Sarmanchan La
Detailed Itinerary : We begin our trek today opting for the Sarmanchan La. This tranquil village with a small gompa gives you an amazing feel. In the afternoon, we also visit the monastery and enjoy the village in its entirety.
Day 7 Temisgam
Detailed Itinerary : This day is specially reserved for the camping as we cross the pastures in a north westerly direction skirting the sides of the fields. After a chorten we follow the trail past the mature cedar trees. We also take you to Lago La (3,750m) and from the top there are magnificent views across to the south side of the Indus Valley. We also take you the fruit orchards providing more than adequate food for these villages.
Day 8 Tia village
Detailed Itinerary : From Temisgam we turn right up a side valley through Tia village and that is what gives us the utmost satisfaction. The Bong Bong La is also on charts. Descending to Khalatse we meet the main Leh to Srinagar road and that is what gives us the best possible views. We also take you on the drive to Dha Hanu.
Day 9 Dha Hanu
Detailed Itinerary : This day is set for visiting the Dha Hanu Valley along with the Dard (Drokpa) tribes. Well, that is something, which is simply great experience. These people are supposed to have been the original inhabitants of Ladakh and that is what gives you a glimpse in their lives.
Day 10 Dha Hanu
Detailed Itinerary : On this day we drive back to the main road. With spectacular winding road through a landscape, we enjoy breathtaking views. It was here that more than 50 million years ago the Himalayas were created and you can still enjoy their beauty without even a single glitch. Places such as Lamayuru, one of the most spectacular gompas in Ladakh with a drive to Alchi remains on the charts.
Day 11 Alchi
Detailed Itinerary : This day is kept for visiting the Alchi village. Alchi monastery is one of the most important cultural sites in Ladakh, which gives them the most fascinating moments. We then drive back to Leh and en route stop at Basgo Fort.
Day 12 Leh
Detailed Itinerary : We fly from Leh to Delhi on this day. We also take some time for sightseeing in Delhi. We also visit the colourful bazaars along with the Red Fort in the heart of Old Delhi.
Day 13 Agra
Detailed Itinerary : This day is kept for exploring the city and a visit to Agra and the Taj Mahal. You can book and pay for this locally and your guide will be giving all the necessary details.
Day 14 Delhi
Detailed Itinerary : The tour ends on this day. As we believe that relations are more important, we always make sure that you get the best comfort and convenience.
